Mathematics is the queen of all sciences.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Department of Mathematics was established in the year 2003 offers B.Sc., Mathematics with Computer Applications at the Under Graduate level and M.Sc., Mathematics at the Post Graduate level. Research activities are being carried out since 2009 through M.Phil., (Part Time\/Full Time) programme and now upgraded to Ph.D programme(Part Time\/Full Time). From the academic year 2016-2017, B.Sc., Mathematics with Computer Applications is transformed as B.Sc., Mathematics. The curriculum of the courses covers not only the wide area of Pure Mathematics but also some of the areas of Applied and Industrial Mathematics, which makes the course multi-disciplinary in nature.<\/p>\n

The aim of the Department is to encourage sincerity, integrity, hard work, discipline, quality, consciousness and social responsibility of the students. The department has well trained professors with high academic knowledge. The Department of Mathematics has produced more than 27 University Rank holders along with 2 Gold Medals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
